what are Expert Staff Ghost in mario cart wii?
The expert staff ghost is a fast time trial ghost that is unlockable after you’ve beaten the regular staff ghost in a time trial. They’re significantly faster and much harder to beat.
Beating these ghosts will unlock better characters and bikes/karts.
